We ship from China via an (Air travel not water/land) express line called YunExpress

How long does delivery take to each country?
USA, NZ and UK Shipping Times: 9-15 business days
Canada and Australia Shipping Times: 9-15 business days

What does the 60-day money-back guarantee cover?
If you are not happy about the quality of the item, we will refund you! You must pay for your shipping back to our warehouse in China ($10 USD on average). We will refund you asap once the item is sent back to the warehouse (with your tracking ID).
