  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Patricia F. - South Australia

"I bought this because I was hoping to ease my back pain, strengthen my arms as well as back and abs, stall my late-onset scoliosis, and make exercise more fun. This inexpensive but sturdy item hit all the goals. As a bonus it got rid of a pesky shoulder pain on day one."

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Emma B. - Manchester, UK

"This item makes for a good light workout. I use it for upper body and lower body. There is really good resistance for toning different muscle groups. It was really effective and I can tell I've gotten stronger compared to day 1 of using this."

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Joanne K. - Laguna Beach, California

"Just started using my pilates bar a couple of days ago and I’m already loving it. It makes for easy yet effective workouts at home."

''Never thought I would be twisting away to fat loss. Not bad! I remember using something like this in the 80's. Like with all things, history repeats itself! Thanks again''

💬''I just finished my first workout outside with these, and WOW. They're totally like workout equipment, but without all the space killing equipment. Very smooth movement, so it doesn't screw with my joints at all. I was also able to invent one of my own exercises which completely works out biceps, laterals, triceps, and tummy with each rep. I love this and would definitely recommend!'' Jasmine A. - New York, United States

Why we created Bondi Pilates™️

Co-founders Anna and Bianca, dissected and re-connected this unique form of exercise. After realising the benefits of the original Pilates method they developed a comprehensive, systematic, contemporary approach to the original teachings. This was done in collaboration with a team of physical therapists/physiotherapists, sports medicine and exercise professionals.

Contemporary Pilates exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re balance the muscles around the joints. Consequently, the exercises place more emphasis on pelvic and scapular stabilisation, and integration of all the parts of the body into one.
