You don't need to be an expert as you can simply follow the instructions below!
1. Place the Neck Posture Corrector on a flat surface (preferably carpet or a yoga mat) where you can lay down, with the c-opening facing away from you.
2. Lower yourself onto the stretcher and put your head in the middle of the device so that you can feel the support base of the stretcher with your upper back.
3. Stretch both of your hands outwards and bend your elbows in 90 degrees so that the back of your hand is on the floor. Rest in this position for a few minutes.
4. Then stretch both of your arms over your head out.
5. Relax and feel the posture correction take place 😊.
