Instructions

Begin by finding a secure and stable surface, such as a wall or a pole, to hold onto for support.

Place the strap around the ball of your foot, with the loops facing up.

Make sure that the strap is tight enough to provide resistance, but not so tight that it causes discomfort.

Slowly and gently press your foot towards your body, using the strap as resistance.

Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then release and repeat on the other foot.You can also use the strap to stretch your hamstrings by placing the strap around the arch of your foot and gently pulling your heel towards your buttocks.
