To use the this BootyMax™ Belt, follow these steps:

  1. Adjust the belt: The hip thrust belt is designed to fit around your waist and thighs, so you will need to adjust the belt to your body. The belt should fit snugly around your waist, and the thigh straps should be positioned just above your knees.
  2. Attach the resistance band: Some hip thrust belts come with a resistance band that you can attach to the belt. The resistance band provides additional resistance during your hip thrusts, which can help you build more strength and muscle. To attach the band, simply loop it through the D-ring on the front of the belt and secure it with the carabiner clip.
  3. Position the bench: You will need a bench or sturdy chair to perform hip thrusts. Position the bench so that it is behind you and adjust the height so that your shoulders will be resting on the edge of the bench when you are in the hip thrust position.
  4. Get into position: To perform a hip thrust, sit on the ground with your back against the bench and your feet flat on the floor. Position the hip thrust belt around your waist and thighs, and secure the thigh straps. Place the resistance band around your hips if using.
  5. Perform the hip thrust: With your feet flat on the ground and your back against the bench, push your hips up towards the ceiling until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement and then lower your hips back down to the starting position. Repeat for your desired reps.
  6. Adjust the belt as needed: If the hip thrust belt is uncomfortable or slipping during the exercise, you may need to adjust it. Make sure the belt is snug around your waist and the thigh straps are secure.
  7. Care for the belt: After using the hip thrust belt, wipe it down with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Allow the belt to air dry before storing it.
