Instructions

Unroll the reformer mat on a flat surface, such as a hardwood floor or carpet.

Place your hands on the mat, shoulder-width apart, with your fingers spread wide.

Begin by performing a few stretches to warm up your muscles, such as reaching your arms overhead or rolling your shoulders back and forth.

Once your body is warmed up, begin performing exercises on the reformer mat. Examples include plank, push-ups, and leg lifts.

To add resistance, use the straps attached to the reformer mat. Hold onto the straps and perform exercises such as rowing or leg presses.

Remember to breathe deeply and engage your core throughout the exercises.

As you progress, gradually increase the difficulty of the exercises and the resistance.

Be sure to always listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain or discomfort.

After completing your workout, do a cool down with some stretching exercises to relax your muscles.

Clean your mat after each use with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed.
